NOTE:  These fees are not guaranteed and may be subject to change from
case to case depending upon various circumstances such as complexity and
rush basis.  Furthermore, these quoted fees do not include any USPTO fees
(such as patent or trademark fees) or fees for any subsequent legal services
(such as continued prosecution of a trademark/patent), all of which are billed
at a standard hourly rate as indicated below.

PATENT FEES

   Patentability Search & Opinion - Search of all prior published U.S.
Patents and published pending Patent Applications.  The Opinion includes a
detailed analysis and  synopsis of the results, along with copies of all
patents/applications uncovered in the patent search.   Starting at $2500.

   Infringement Opinion- 

Search, analysis and comparison of a
proposed product or design against all prior published U.S. Patents.  The
Opinion includes a detailed synopsis and analysis of the results, along with
copies of all prior art patents uncovered in the search.  Starting at $3500.

   U.S. Utility Patent Application -

We use a three tier guaranteed "not to exceed cost" method of pricing. Applications are billed on an hourly basis for attorney/agent time but are guaranteed not to exceed the quoted fee as follows:

Tier 1 - Guaranteed not

              to exceed $4,000

Tier 2 - Guaranteed not

              to exceed $8,000

Tier 3 - Guaranteed not

              to exceed $12,000

U.S. Federal Registrability  Search & Opinion (word mark) - $500

U.S. Federal Registrability Search & Opinion (design mark) - $500

   U.S. Trademark Application

Preparation and filing of a United States Trademark Application for a word mark or a design mark -

 $350 flat fee per category of
           goods/services.

GENERAL FEES

   Attorney Hourly Rates

Hourly rates are currently billed at an agreed upon amount ranging from $150-300 / hour per attorney or agent.
