I. PATENT FEES
Patentability Search & Opinion - search of all prior published U.S.
Patents and published pending Patent Applications. The Opinion includes a
detailed analysis and synopsis of the results, along with copies of all
patents/applications uncovered in the patent search. Starting at $2500.
Infringement Opinion - a thorough search, analysis and comparison of a
proposed product or design against all prior published U.S. Patents. The
Opinion includes a detailed synopsis and analysis of the results, along with
copies of all prior art patents uncovered in the search. Starting at $3500.
U.S. Utility Patent Application (Includes Drawings) - we use a three tier
guaranteed "not to exceed cost" method of pricing. Applications are billed
on an hourly basis for attorney/agent time but are guaranteed not to exceed
the quoted fee as follows:
Tier 1 Applications - Guaranteed not to exceed $4,000
Tier 2 Applications - Guaranteed not to exceed $8,000
Tier 3 Applications - Guaranteed not to exceed $12,000

$150-300 / hour per attorney or agent.
